As a key member of enjoyelec Business Development team, you’ll play a key role in driving European market growth by dentifying and pursuing new market opportunities, developing and managing partnerships,You’ll learn from the best and contribute to shaping enjoyelec’s future!

🚀🚀Your Mission Includes

HEMS Eco Partnerships establishment and maintainance: Explore and establish new partnership and maintain established partnership with key HEMS energy devices manufactures, distributor, suppliers, installers and other related channel parties to expand enjoyelec market presence and secure HEMS technology leadership.

European electricity market stakeholders partnership establishement and maintainance: Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the European energy market, including DSO, TSO, electricity aggregator, local electricity provider to support the growth of the HEMS business. Drive strategic initiatives to increase the adoption of HEMS solutions by European energy market stakeholders.

Industry events and conferences attending: Actively participate in industry events and conferences relevant to enjoyelec’s HEMS target market and technologies, establish network with HEMS industry professionals and interest parties. Report back to the enjoyelec team on key takeaways and potential leads generated from industry events.

HEMS market and sales Execution: Work closely with HEMS BD Team to develop and execute sales strategy to achieve market sales targets for HEMS solutions.

Analyze EU HEMS market landscape: Understand and research locally EU current and upcoming regulations, incentive programs, and pilot projects related to HEMS and smart home energy technologies.

Business Proposal Creation: Develop compelling and persuasive business proposals that outline the value proposition of enjoyelec’s HEMS technology and its benefits for customers, partners, and investors, and be responsible for negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements, to finish the business cooperation.

Internal Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with enjoyelec internal teams, such as engineers, product managers, and marketing teams, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of HEMS business proposal. Attend regular or irregular BD team meetings and updates customers business demand to internal stakeholders to keep everyone informed of progress and challenges.

📇📇Qualifications And Experiences

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Industry background: 1-3 years of experience in business development or a related field in large corporate, and/or start-ups.Basic understanding of the European energy market and HEMS Eco channels.
  • Communciation skill: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Microaoft office skill: Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Language skill:Language proficiency in English is required, proficiency in French, German and Dutch is prefered.
  • Teamwork and Autonomy: Adapation Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
  • Custmoner-focused mindset: Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, training sessions, and industry events.
  • Flexible task ability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
