We recommend system users or their representatives to be at home and available throughout the installation. The process involves mounting, and electrical work, which may cause power interruptions and noise. Installation time varies based on system size and complexity. We’ve streamlined the controller setup to minimize disruptions.
Once the controller is installed, installer or user can download the app to configure the controller.
Next, the user need to pair the controller with the HEMS App and connect the home energy devices to the controller. The devices can be connected to the controller either via a wired or wireless connection. For specific instructions on different devices, please refer to the device connection guide.
