On the HEMS app homepage, click on the charger device card to access the device details page and check the status of your charger. Some information you can find includes:

Charging Status: Offline/Online status, whether the charging gun is Unplugged, Plugged, Charging, or Smart Charging.

Charging Data: View the charging data for the past 30 days, such as average charging power, total charged amount, and number of charging sessions.By accessing this information, you can effectively monitor and manage your charging activities.

Enable One-Touch Charging: To start the charging process, simply slide the “Charge now” slider at the bottom of the EV charger device details page. This allows for one-touch charging, but note that you need to connect the charging device to the enjoyelec app to fully utilize this feature. One-touch charging is convenient and easy to use, ensuring your EV is always ready to go.
Explore Charger Device Information and Charging Settings
To access advanced settings and customize your charging experience, click the “Settings” icon at the top right of the page. This will take you to the EV Charger settings page, where you can find detailed information about your device. Some available settings and information include: Device Name, Device Model, Device Serial Number, Rated Power, Rated Current, and Rated Voltage. From here, you can explore charging settings, including setting maximum charging current, voltage, charging modes, and scheduled charging times.
Choose Charging Mode
You can select different charging modes for your EV through the enjoyelec app to meet different needs. Two popular modes include Plug and Charge and Smart Charging. However, note that these two modes cannot be activated simultaneously. Let’s take a closer look at each mode
