The Commercial and Corporate Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing enjoyelec’s business development strategy in Europe. This includes identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, developing and managing partnerships, and representing enjoyelec at industry events.

As a key player in the enjoyelec team, you’ll be at the forefront of driving change and innovation. Reporting directly to the enjoyelec CEO, you will collaborate closely with the visionary minds to shape objectives and long-term plans.

🚀🚀Your Mission Includes

HEMS Eco Partnerships establishment and maintainance: Explore and establish new partnership and maintain established partnership with key HEMS energy devices manufactures, distributor, suppliers, installers and other related channel parties to expand enjoyelec market presence and secure HEMS technology leadership.

European electricity market stakeholders partnership establishement and maintainance: Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the European energy market, including DSO, TSO, electricity aggregator, local electricity provider to support the growth of the HEMS business. Drive strategic initiatives to increase the adoption of HEMS solutions by European energy market stakeholders.

Industry events and conferences attending: Actively participate in industry events and conferences relevant to enjoyelec’s HEMS target market and technologies, establish network with HEMS industry professionals, potential Eco partners, electricity stakeholders and entities which are responsible for energy efficiency, smart grid development at these events. Develop and deliver presentations or speeches that showcase enjoyelec’s HEMS technology and its benefits. Report back to the enjoyelec team on key takeaways and potential leads generated from industry events.

Analyze EU HEMS market landscape: Understand and research locally EU current and upcoming regulations, incentive programs, and pilot projects related to HEMS and smart home technologies. Prioritize engagement with organizations whose policies align with enjoyelec’s HEMS solutions. Participate in discussions and working groups focused on establishing European standards for HEMS and smart home interoperability.

Business Proposal Creation: Develop compelling and persuasive business proposals that outline the value proposition of enjoyelec’s HEMS technology and its benefits for customers, partners, and investors, and be responsible for negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements, to finish the business cooperation.

Internal Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with enjoyelec internal teams, such as engineers, product managers, and marketing teams, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of business proposals.Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration by actively sharing information, seeking feedback, and resolving conflicts constructively. Facilitate regular meetings and updates between internal stakeholders to keep everyone informed of progress and challenges.

Strategic Planning: Work closely with the CEO and HEMS BD Team to establish and execute enjoyelec’s HEMS corporate, commercial, operational, and technological strategy. Be the innovative, results-oriented team player who collaborates with stakeholders to strategize and execute a go-to-market strategy, creating revenue-driving opportunities.

📇📇Qualifications And Experiences

  • Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Industry background: 1-5 years of experience in business development or a related field in large corporate, and/or start-ups. Strong understanding of the European energy market and HEMS industry.
  • Communciation skill: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Microaoft office skill: Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Language skill:Language proficiency in English is required, proficiency in French, German and Dutch is prefered.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead BD team and gather necessary resources to manage and execute complex projects.
  • Teamwork and Autonomy: Adapation Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
  • Custmoner-focused mindset: Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, training sessions, and industry events.
