We are seeking a skilled EU Technical Support Specialist to join our HEMS Team at enjoyelec. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical assistance and customer support to our clients across Europe. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues related to our HEMS products and service and ensuring the seamless integration and operation of smart devices connected to our platform.

🚀🚀Your Mission Includes

EU HEMS technical support: Provide remote and onsite technical support including traning session, intallation assistance, matainance and related trouble-shootings regarding enjoyelec’s HEMS products and services (HEMS Controller and HEMS APP)to customers in Europe and the UK. The Remote technical support can be delivered through Email, WhatsApp, Telephone and other official contact channels.

Primary customer contact role: Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to HEMS installations, configurations, and operations.

Internal collaboration and communication: Collaborate closely with enjoyelec internal teams, including sales, marketing, engineering team, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on customer-related matters, escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly and effectively during pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Track & share customer support details: Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical inquiries, and resolutions in enjoyelec system, and keep updated and inform internal team about technical problem progress.

Update with HEMS Technology knowledge: Stay informed about HEMS technological advancements, and regulatory requirements, providing accurate and relevant assistance to customers.

HEMS products upgrade assistance:Assist in testing and quality assurance of new HEMS software releases and hardware integrations.

📇📇Qualifications And Experiences

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Industry background: Better to have experience in technical support or customer service roles. Better to have understanding of HEMS principles and knowledge.
  • Troubleshooting skill: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communciation skill: Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Language skill: Proficiency in English is required. Additional proficiency in other European languages such as French, German, Dutch is prefered.
  • Teamwork and Autonomy: Adapation Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
  • Custmoner-focused mindset: Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, training sessions, and industry events.
  • Flexible task ability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
