The following preparations need to be made before installing the controller for the customer.
  • Guide Rail Size: TS35 DIN guide rail.
  • Installation Space: The installation area should be at least 158 mm x 92 mm (length x width), allowing for at least 15 mm of space around the device for heat dissipation while maintaining a safe distance from other equipment.
  • Power Connection: Plan for a 230V AC or 12V DC 1.5A adapter.
  • Internet Connection: Use integrated Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable.
  • Ethernet Cable Length: When connecting to the network using an Ethernet cable, ensure the cable length does not exceed 3 meters.
  • Other Requirements: Ensure that the temperature, humidity, and dust conditions at the installation site meet the controller’s operating requirements. Keep the equipment away from high-power, high-frequency, and large-current devices to prevent electromagnetic interference.
Tips:
The electrical installation of the Controller product must be performed by qualified professionals. If installation assistance is needed, please contact a professional electrician or local dealer. Before starting, disconnect the power supply to the relevant equipment and locate the emergency power switches in the area to ensure a quick shutdown in case of emergencies.
